“Honest 1 Auto deserves every bit of their name. Honest. I purchased a used car and within 24 hours it was making a noise. The dealership was 45 minutes away so I reached out to Honest 1. They got me in the next morning and within a couple hours, I had a diagnosis and a suggestion to get the vehicle over to the dealership. We drove back to the dealership because they said they'd repair it only for the dealership to gaslight us and make statements like "a mechanic will say anything to get your money" which was odd because the wonderful team at Honest 1 actually told me to go to the dealership instead of me spend my money with them. The dealership denied that anything was wrong. Even went on 2 test drives and they said "it's supposed to sound like that". I looked at them and said "you realize I'm now taking it directly to a Ford dealership to prove you wrong". Which I did and Ford immediately heard the noise. No shock here, diagnosed the issue as the exact same diagnosis from Honest 1. My car is currently being repaired under a special warranty so all things worked out in the end. I will continue to use Honest 1 for our vehicle maintenance and future repairs. I appreciate the Honest 1 team for their transparency, kindness and most of all their Honesty!!!!!”

“I stopped by Bob Tomes collision to have a trim part put on my Ford edge. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. He took it back, polished it up and it looks brand new. I can’t thank Rodney and the good folks at Bob Tomes body shop for going above and beyond. “Great diesel mechanic. Very good quality work. They fixed a hydro lock for me, injector issues, ran tests and threw in a new KC turbo package. My truck runs way better now, sounds great and much healthier with the injector clacking gone now. Knowledgeable about their trade even older diesels and they only uses the highest quality parts. Nick was great to talk to, and I appreciate the time he takes to explain things plus the good pointers and the questions he answered for me. Also the whole team as well by keeping me updated thru the repair process. A+”
