“Do NOT bank with Credit Union Of Texas, since banking with them they have continuously fired and re hired mass people and nobody absolutely nobody knows what they’re doing. They offer you a skip a pay for the HOLIDAYS send you a text tell you, you qualify and all the ENTIRE time it is as if you are actually doing you’re own skip a pay when THE BANK is giving it to you! And then after years of setting you up on this SCAM of a HOLIDAY SKIP A PAY they will then tell you, you have had too many you no longer qualify. Excuse me? You guys were the ones telling me in the beginning IT DOES NOT COUNT AGAINST YOU it’s a HOLIDAY skip a PAY. That’s like WALMART saying the SUGAR is FREE and then arresting you for taking what they offered! AND NOBODY CARES because it’s not their credit! THE BANK AND THE EMPLOYEES LIED and SCAMMED me for years and SET ME UP! I feel defeated and devastated and to make matters worst look at the message from the photo! DO NOT BANK with them or finance your car! Jared the District Manager does not care about the MEMBERS at all and to make matters worst I was continuously told since December 1st he would call and the issue would be resolved just for today on the 23rd during an ice Storm that they can’t acknowledge what they offer! Worst bank ever I suggest you go through Navy FCU or RBFCU much better financing and banking! Learn from ME! Very high turn over rate and all they do is LIE! I have reported them to the BBB and FTC nobody should get done nor treated the way I was treated! They continued to lie and not resolve the problem at all! The entire BANK is a FRAUD! 5 stars to warn YOU because nobody warned ME! And the banking part is even worst you’ll get an over draft fee because their system is not updated and process payments very very late! Go to a better bank and thank me LATER save yourself! And don’t even try to contact MEMBER SERVICES nobody knows what they’re doing! Remind you I’m not a new MEMBER I’ve been a MEMBER since 2019 and they DONT CARE RUN FAR AWAY from this BANK they will ruin your credit and your LIFE!”

“I had to go into this bank to deposit coins with my toddler and the service was great! Very quick and only a 5% fee for coin deposit unlike other places who charge 12%. They also had goodie bags and cupcakes which calmed my child down! I haven't gone into a bank in years and I was satisfied with the speed/process/service of the whole thing.”
