My son bought a digital currency gift card at this CVS, but the code was already scratched when we got it. We asked a store employee right after the purchase, and they said it should still work. But when we tried to redeem it, it said the code had already been used. We basically paid for nothing and felt totally scammed.... read full comment

Just horrible. Always a long line, poor customer service and wait times forever.

I needed a passport size photo. The representative was not communicative, took a poor picture that didn't work for me. When I returned for a refund she made me walk to her manager rather than bringing her to the front desk. Will think twice before using any CVS service in future.
