“We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very quiet and beds very comfortable. There was an obnoxiously loud party going on in a conference room when we checked in in the evening, but we couldn’t hear it from our hotel room. Front desk staff were friendly and we will definitely stay here again.”

“Motel 6 in McKinney used to be my go to when it came to checking me and my dog in. Unfortunately I experienced service from a guy that works there at the front desk in the morning time. There was a problem about everything. The last time I was there particularly was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. I notified him that my bank doesn't open until 10:30 and that I was going to run to the local store grab money and pay for another day. I went back upstairs and accidentally dozed off. It was 11:30 30 minutes after checkout I felt horrible and mad at myself for sleeping pass the checkout time. He knocks on my door I also try to explain but he immediately kicks me out and says I can't come back anymore not only threatened to call the police. I get irritated and gave him a nonchalant attitude and began packing my things he demanded me to leave immediately I told him I needed to pack and get my dog together it's going to take me a couple trips he called the cops anyway told them that I was drug dealing cussed me out gave me the finger. I recorded bits and pieces of the conversation and how he'd spoke to me. I just can't believe motel 6 let's this type of service represent their logo. Ridiculous”
