I've read some of the reviews here and maybe it was a right time right place scenario, but I had no problems throughout my appointment and my phlebotomist was quick, personal,and very thoughtful of my issues with blood draws.

It’s like a government office. They have you do your own registration instead of having a human do it it’s all DIY. Imagine if you’re disabled or blind or can’t stand. It’s just simple poor business practices.

Went to take a standard urinalysis that was marked by my Doctor as URGENT and never received my results after weeks of waiting. Don’t waste your time or money here!
