“Don’t listen to the reviews. The place was great. The staff was very kind to my special needs child and they were very understanding towards me as well. You do need an appointment, since sometimes they don’t take walk-ins due to staffing issues. They took longer than our appointment time to see us, but it was worth the wait. They pricked my kids with no issues, which has actually not been the case at other places.”
