“Hands down if you need a team that can wrap and pack for you and treat your home with respect ? get this McKinney team! Jorge, Jeff and Samuel were stellar. We drove over 1200 miles after the boys packed us up in own own rental truck and can confirm nothing broke and it was ? due to how the team packed and wrapped and we had a ton of large pictures and glass. If you need a master wrapper lol Samuel is your guy. Jeff is a burst of energy and loves what he does and Jorge dials it up and is the Tetris master of making sure everything in the truck fits (even though he says he hates Tetris :) and is safely packed! Hell of a team from the McKinney team.

“Today I had a reservation at Go Store It in McKinney Tx that had been confirmed a week prior and when I showed up this morning w my loaded truck and movers that I had contracted for 3 hours no one was in the office and the door was locked. I received no help from customer services. I was left to frantically call storage places close by as the time was ticking away. The receptionist at Mckinney mini storage was so kind. She helped me immediately and was able to get the guys back to the unit right away while I stayed to fill the paper work. I did end up spending more on this smaller unit and I had to pay the movers for an extra half hour but the helpful nature of the receptionist made me feel better. Thank you for helping me when I was freaking out! I hope the duration of my rental contract goes as well as today did.”

“If you need storage, go see Samantha at Advantage Storage! We had a need for several units while moving between homes. Samantha went above and beyond to find us the right units at the right price, taking advantage of promotions. In addition, was very flexible as we didn’t know how many units we would need. She also helped us find units close to each other on the same floor. Super accommodating and great customer service. We will be keeping at least one unit here and consolidating. Great job Samantha!!
