Horrible customer service. Use a smallerCompany. The only time PODS answers the phone is when you are booking a service. Never again after you've paid your money

They left a pod in the middle of the road. I have spent 45 minutes on hold trying to get it moved. This is ridiculous. Updated to add that I spent over 2 hours on the phone with PODs and just emailed their social media department on 7/3/2023.

I haven't done business with such an easy, transparent, consistent, happy company in a long time. It was refreshing and burden easing.
