Went in with specific questions about freeze dried dog food. Grasyn was able to answer all my questions. She helped me select a great product for my finicky boy. He loves his new food. Grasyn also gave me information on the grooming services offered. I found my new pet supply store!

We love Pet Supplies Plus! The employees are so friendly, the store is super clean, and the groomers know us by name, and we know them! Hard to find that kind of customer service these days!

Staff is great and store is nice and tidy, but I wish they had more of a selection of treats toys food and hay for guinea pigs.
