“Wow, five stars for a tow company? I know - crazy, right? Well, these guys did a stellar job. I had called out a company, Preferred, but they took forever and didn’t even show up in the estimated window. The McKinney PD called out Saul’s, and they showed up about half an hour later. Nic was great - very professional and courteous. He went the extra mile. I can’t say that I’d give most tow companies a good rating, but Nic totally deserves it.”
