“I had a great experience with MPORIUM BMW, LLC. I brought in my 2020 BMW X5 to replace the front tension struts, and they handled the job professionally from start to finish.
The team was knowledgeable, honest, and clearly experienced with BMW vehicles. They explained what needed to be done, completed the repair properly, and the vehicle feels solid and smooth again after the replacement.
One thing I really appreciated was that they also worked through my third-party 7-year warranty program that came with the SUV when I purchased it. They handled the process smoothly, which made the repair experience much easier and less stressful for me.

“I’m very happy with my experience at Pronto. They allowed me to bring my own part and installed it for me on my ek civic. They also let me watch the installation in the shop which I really appreciated. After I drove home I noticed my worn engine mounts vibrated the muffler to rattle against my bumper. So I called them back and asked if there’s anything they could do and Kenneth was very receptive to helping me out. I was able to bring it back in and they welded a new mount on the muffler making it more center. 10/10 service from these guys, I feel I can easily recomend this shop to anyone.”

“I had a great experience with Brandon Tomes Subaru! Jamie was my salesperson when I purchased my 2025 Subaru Ascent as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle in May. This location had a vehicle with exactly the features and colors that I was looking for, and they made the purchase process about as easy and enjoyable as it could be.
I recently brought it back in after getting a nail in a tire, and Marcus helped me. They found that two tires were already showing signs of failure, likely due to an alignment issue. Since the vehicle only had around 10k miles total, I expressed my concerns that the tires wore so quickly and whether the alignment issue was already there when I purchased the vehicle. Marcus listened and worked with me to make it right, and Brandon Tomes Subaru waived the labor and cost of the alignment repair.
I really appreciated them standing behind the vehicle and taking care of me. Both Marcus and Jamie were great to work with, and I would absolutely purchase from Brandon Tomes Subaru again!”
“I really love this auto shop I trust that they are honest and fair and I only have the same mechanic work on my automobile that is Mr. Ed he has always work on my Ford suv and I trust his work. But all the guys up there are nice and professional 👏🏼 I was told to go to them for a oil change from another auto repair shop that only works on transmission. I don't go to anyone but them. And that's been over 8 years ago. Also someone else told me they are trustworthy mechanics and reliable auto shop. I pray they always keep that reputation of who they are it means alot to have people you can trust and depend on when it comes to your car. The prices are high but that's because of labor but the work is good quality work. I don't want brag to much then we lose the service we are use too lol lol. Keep up the good work and excellent customer service”
