“I stopped by Bob Tomes collision to have a trim part put on my Ford edge. It turns out it was the wrong part that Ford sent me, but Rodney was up there and he said let me see if I can get this spot out of the one that’s on there. He took it back, polished it up and it looks brand new. I can’t thank Rodney and the good folks at Bob Tomes body shop for going above and beyond. John, the owner and master technician, was honest and professional, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They explained the diagnostic code, parts, and labor cost upfront before proceeding with anything. I dropped my car off at 10:30 AM, was told it would be ready by 3:00 PM, and received a text message exactly at 3:00 when it was ready.
