“When you call Bruce for an estimate he gives you the labor cost and parts cost separately. You know what your getting into before you drop off. He has always been within a few dollars of his estimates too so no surprise extra hundreds of dollars at pickup. One time I called about a repair he felt I could easily do myself. He gave me the part number and a quick 'how to' and saved me a couple hundred bucks vs him doing the work. He's one of a kind and tells you straight up how it is. “Brought a newer truck which had been hit on the front bumper, destroying mostly the bumper. This was not an incident that I used insurance for due to it not being major. The owners were very fair in working a deal to fix this, followed by excellent scheduling and had it done within the same week. They ordered the bumper and components needed, got those within a few days, I took my truck on a morning and had it back the next day (would have been same day but there was an extra part that was needed and only came to light after disassembly). Had a great experience as most body shops won't give you any of their time unless you use insurance. Very professional and accommodating. Highly recommend.”

“Vickie and Steven were so kind and caring, truly amazing customer service! I came in for a frequent issue with my O2 sensor and turned out to be my catalytic converter. Not gonna lie, I did get a little emotional thinking catalytic converters were the kiss of death for cars and especially since this was the first car I ever bought, but Vickie and Steven were so kind and patient and explained everything to me in a way I would understand (no confusing technical jargon!). I may have only been there for about 15 minutes, but will for sure be a returning customer thanks to these two and their kindness.”

“After repeatedly seeking help with my rim wheel on my Prius in Austin and Buda tire shops and stores where they'd rather sell me new tires, Victor's in New Braunfels was recommended. I just needed to get my wheel back into round! It should be a tire shop specialty! I narrowed it down to the wheel rim after alignment, new tires and tmps and keeping track of the tire that kept losing air. So I carefully drove to Victor's explained the history and minutes later I drove home. Thinking that this is a temporary remedy, I waited for that darned "low tire" light to turn on again but it hasn't! $30 well spent!”

“A few weeks ago, I found out that my alternator was bad. I called my normal mechanic and to my dismay, found out that it would take almost a week for them to look at the car. I made numerous calls around NB. Total Automotive quoted me the best deal and time frame by far and said I could bring my car in as soon as that afternoon or the next morning. The man on the phone even said that he would tow me to the shop if my car had issues starting or stalling.When I brought the car in, it wasn't even two hours later before I was texted to say that the alternator had been replaced. (I did bring them my own.)My car has been running well, and I am very appreciative to Jason and the shop for going out of their way to help!”

The team was very prompt, accommodating, and super easy to work with from beginning to end. “We have taken both of our cars to Clark’s for maintenance since we moved here over 3 years ago. Both Chris and Kenny give clear explanations of what was needed and we never felt taken advantage of. Once, my car needed some transmission work, and Kenny gave a great recommendation since transmissions was not their specialty.
