“This little post office in our neighborhood is just the best! Always a friendly greeting when we open the door, and always a, “How can I help you?” The post people who work in this post office are so nice and they understand exactly what we need as soon as they are made aware why we’re there. From stamps to sending packages, or shopping the greeting card and magnet section, they are ready to help. Recently I had to go to another P.O. a few miles away. No one spoke at all as people came in and lined up for service. Some of us were treated with total indifference, and some with curt answers. Why is that? What makes the difference? Why do the guys at our little P.O. treat their customers with civility instead of rudeness?

“Someone referred me to this place for sending stuff overseas. When I arrived here, I was able to recognize the receptionist. I knew her a while back when she was working at Hong Kong Market.
