“I was searching for a private mailbox where I could also receive packages at. I had called and visited several places and when I went in they would tell me oh well “you need give an estimate of how many packages and amount of mail you think you will have” then they would not give me straight answers on pricing etc- basically try to scam me… I tried setting up a “package box” at USPS and that was awful the website crashed plus you had to choose what size box you wanted without knowing how big or small things you were going to have sent in the future would be. So when I called In-n-out shipping and found out the prices and details I was glad and drove over with the right documents and it has been great. The owner and staff are nice.”

I have used them to send large shipments from TX to the Northeast. When I needed to ship a large number of boxes back to TX, Reema created shipping labels & emailed them to me. I printed them and attached the labels to the boxes, and then she scheduled the pick up! So seamless, so much less stress! Once they arrived At her shop, I picked them up and paid at that time. When i show up turns out there was a big miscommunication in the quote I received for which i understood. “Convenient location, hours, and services. The owner seems very nice.I came to drop off usps packages and print a prepaid shipping label. It costs $2.50 to use the computer to print and $.49 cents per paper. Total is $3.24The $2.50 fee is unavoidable bc they charge the same fee if you email it to them to print and printer doesn’t connect to phone.Fort bend library & UPS prints for 10-20cents per paper.However, the owner did explain it was a convenience fee and he took my spare change and charged me a couple cents less. He was nice about it.I would come back again just to drop off usps packages, but can’t justify printing $3.24 for one paper ? Thank you”
