She took the time to check my insurance prices, explain the process to me, explain the meds, and even doubled checked a few things for me and called me back. Went above and beyond. I haven’t had customer service that good in a while, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

“It's a halfway deceit grocery store that's very competitive with the likes of Kroger, and Albertsons and others. The quality of food and store appeal is better than any Walmart grocery around with better selections, overall quality and placement of the floor plan. The store may not look like much on the inside but it's worth stopping by and giving it a try. They even offer equal or better prices at the service station when compared to Buc-ee's.... The only small ding, they didn't have my favorite "chocolate ice-cream sandwiches" in stock.”

“I'm so happy I discovered McKinney Pharmacy. Going to the pharmacy used to be a chore and a headache at times, but since my first visit here a couple years ago I have a whole new perspective and actually look forward to visiting! They have a drive thru but I always go inside. The people who work here CARE; the customer service is excellent, always personable, and unmatched based on my experience with previous pharmacies. They will go above and beyond to help you get what you need. For example - when my child was a newborn and needed medication, they offered to deliver it to my home so he could get it sooner for a quick recovery. I will never use another pharmacy & can't recommend them enough.”

“I've been going to this drug store for years. I remember when the soda fountain was still open and if the owner knew your daddy he would charge your food to a tab. Besides a pharmacy, this is a good place to buy local honey, cards, over the counter medicine, and miscellaneous stuff.
I took the attached picture in 2006.”
“I filled my car with gas on Wednesday 10-30-2024 with regular gas at $2,37 per gallon. Just in time, a tanker truck was filling the underground tanks. As soon as I finished the price increased to $2.79 per gallon. Lucky me.”

My experience here has been much better than at the other McKinney area pharmacies I have used.When I need to self pay, they have the best prices. The people that work in the pharmacy are always nice and helpful. They answer their phone, too! Wait times have not been long either.”

“This pharmacy was recommended to my wife by a nurse friend and I as a habitue of CVS and Walgreens I was a little sceptical. From the very first visit a found a very friendly, helpful and accomodating environment with reasonable prices. Most of the time Mr Firoz, the director, is present and guarantee a VIP kind of service. He leaves no stone unturned to fill your prescription even if to take to call your doctor for refills or for alternate medications. I was forgetting to mention their free drop off service. For me they are the best!!!”

“I'm not a buyer of large quantities of anything. So,my Sam's Membership has limited usefulness. But,the things I do purchase at Sam's are important to me. Like the frozen premium salmon portions. Perfect. The fresh squeezed orange juice,priceless.Then there's my new discovery. The Chicken Pot Pie. Wow! I've seen it lurking in the refrigerated case for years. However,it's huge and I just never seriously considered it. That is until yesterday when I needed something exactly like it. So,not knowing really what quality or taste to expect, I threw caution to the wind and bought one.Am I glad I did. It's really significantly better than I anticipated. Rich, creamy,nice size chunks of juicy white chicken and plenty of vegetables. The crust browned up nicely and the bottom crust had been pre browned before the filling was added. This made a huge quality difference.I would recommend it to anyone. It takes a full 11/2 hours to cook,becoming bubbly hot, crusty and delicious.”

The only issue they ever had was being understaffed for the amount of volume of customers they were getting. Because they were the closest place for miles. Now they are all staffed up. But they have always been friendly and professional.”
