“This is my local post office and I’m really happy with the service I get here.
Allen goes above and beyond for customers!! I had mailed a package but forgot to include something important in my package. Once I realized this, I drove back to the post office and Allen personally dug through the mail carts in the back to find my package!”
“Most of the time I've gotten professional service. Even the customers are helpful because that's how friendly VanAlstyne is.
But last year a package I mailed to Minnesota disappeared.
I guess I was supposed to know the package was automatically insured for $100.00 but I did not. Wish I could have claimed my expenses for the loss.”
“UPDATE: Kris reached out to me this morning and came and made it right! They inspected the box to see it was really dirty and that's why the key isn't working and assured me they will be cleaning it out so it is usable but they have taken all the keys for now to get the key holes checked to make sure they're all good and usable.

Would like someone to get ahold of me so I don't have to CONSTANTLY go in person...I tried to call but cannot seem to reach anyone at this local office...TWO TIMES NOW I have gotten packages put in the cluster box at Monticello Park and the E2 box key hole is BROKEN, YOU CANNOT TURN IT TO GET YOUR PACKAGE. I TRIED, MY HUSBAND TRIED. WE TRIED WITH ALL OUR STRENGTH, IT WON'T BUDGE.
I am sick of having to go up there and ask them to place it in a new box and wait 24 hours to get it placed in another locker box.”
