“Both my husband and I have been too slow to tell others of the wonderful staff (every last one of them from the front window to distributors at Post Office). We are not as young as once we were and they have responded to this by carrying out heavy boxes to our car when we could not. They are very friendly throughout the year even at the height of holiday seasons. We could not ask for a better group of people who serve their public with a smile on their faces and humor to boot. “Five years ago this was a sleepy little town and now it is one of the fastest growing communities in the United States. The logistics of securely transporting millions of parcels each day is staggering. My package was misplaced by a new hire (no big deal, just remember that a fist is abuse but an open hand is correction). Mr. Madhu took my initial claim and stayed in touch with me during the entire process. The Postmaster, Mr. Rapp, personally called to make sure I had received my package. (I got it, Sir, and noticed you guys fixed the broken parcel locker, thank you!)
Side commentary- In 51 years on this planet I have never had a package lost in the mail. I was not upset, and while the package was important to me- these things happen. These guys must face a constant barrage of negativity because just my little bit of positivity seemed to be the only time anyone had ever heard such things... and I'm not known as a particularly bubbly person.
This is a good little Post Office. They are growing very, very quickly. They work hard; have a little bit of grace for these cats.”
