“I have to sing the praises of Autumn and Brian at this facility. They were both kind, caring and very informative. I moved from another Public Storage facility to have my stuff closer to my home. Autumn explained all of my options and I decided to do a transfer. She walked me through a property inspection and patiently answered all of my questions. On move in day I was warmly greeted by Brian who was equally warm, friendly, patient and answered all of my subsequent questions. Great Customer Service is a rare commodity these days and I am truly appreciative when I receive it. Thank again so much Autumn and Brian! You guys are the best!!”
