“Overall it’s a great place. Kind and patient staff. The only reason this place isn’t perfect for me it’s very fragrant. A scented candle is almost always burning in there. While it smells nice, for those of us who are scent sensitive it’s very problematic even in short times. Literally the accessibility issue is the only reason I brought it down a star. But, if you don’t have those issues it’s the best shipping place I’ve been.”

I want to extend my absolute sincerest thanks and appreciation to the incredible team at this Eldorado Pkwy location. For the past 7 years, I have been bringing school story projects here for color printing, and they have always turned out so bright, colorful, and on fantastic quality paper. Their high-quality work has directly helped me bring the love of Christ to warm the hearts of residents at a local retirement home, where we have served for the past 5 years doing puppet shows, singing, and interacting with them.
Most recently, I brought in an oversized lamination job, and once again, the quality of their work far exceeded my highest expectations! They even went the extra mile to trim it to the perfect size, and the final result looks absolutely terrific.
This office is hands-down the absolute best in McKinney, and that starts from the top down. I want to especially highlight the manager, who represents the absolute best of old-school customer service—incredibly approachable, deeply professional, and genuinely caring. It is rare to find a team that handles customers with such grace and excellence. Thank you so much for your outstanding service over the years; it is greatly and highly appreciated!”

I had to package some items that I needed to drop off for USPS, and he even gave me some pointers for a different packaging store that ships for USPS without having to wait in line at the post office. He has a great attitude and didn't make me feel like a bother! Will go back to this location to be served by Rick, even though it's out of my way.”
“Both my husband and I have been too slow to tell others of the wonderful staff (every last one of them from the front window to distributors at Post Office). We are not as young as once we were and they have responded to this by carrying out heavy boxes to our car when we could not. They are very friendly throughout the year even at the height of holiday seasons. We could not ask for a better group of people who serve their public with a smile on their faces and humor to boot. “After driving around looking for a UPS store that I guess closed down I came across and stopped here to return an Amazon package only to find out that I needed to have it in a box and taped because this location was an ‘access point’ something I wasn’t familiar with. The attendant was so nice. He boxed and taped the package as a courtesy without charge. His act of kindness was much appreciated and I will definitely be using there services in the future…”

“Because a manager who will be retiring soon will not do his job, I am having trouble receiving my packages. I keep getting messages that the address is wrong but it is not! When this particular manager makes the schedule, they put my house number first or last and not in the correct order of delivery. Because of that many times my packages are returned to your wear house. If this manger cannot fix the problem please give someone else the job!!!!!! The delivery people can get packages here when someone besides the manager does the schedule! My phone number is 214-402-9890. Please call me, because I have spent way too much time calling UPS trying to get this straightened out! You need to retire that man and hire someone who will do his job!”

“Five years ago this was a sleepy little town and now it is one of the fastest growing communities in the United States. The logistics of securely transporting millions of parcels each day is staggering. My package was misplaced by a new hire (no big deal, just remember that a fist is abuse but an open hand is correction). Mr. Madhu took my initial claim and stayed in touch with me during the entire process. The Postmaster, Mr. Rapp, personally called to make sure I had received my package. (I got it, Sir, and noticed you guys fixed the broken parcel locker, thank you!)
Side commentary- In 51 years on this planet I have never had a package lost in the mail. I was not upset, and while the package was important to me- these things happen. These guys must face a constant barrage of negativity because just my little bit of positivity seemed to be the only time anyone had ever heard such things... and I'm not known as a particularly bubbly person.
This is a good little Post Office. They are growing very, very quickly. They work hard; have a little bit of grace for these cats.”
