“Five years ago this was a sleepy little town and now it is one of the fastest growing communities in the United States. The logistics of securely transporting millions of parcels each day is staggering. My package was misplaced by a new hire (no big deal, just remember that a fist is abuse but an open hand is correction). Mr. Madhu took my initial claim and stayed in touch with me during the entire process. The Postmaster, Mr. Rapp, personally called to make sure I had received my package. (I got it, Sir, and noticed you guys fixed the broken parcel locker, thank you!)
Side commentary- In 51 years on this planet I have never had a package lost in the mail. I was not upset, and while the package was important to me- these things happen. These guys must face a constant barrage of negativity because just my little bit of positivity seemed to be the only time anyone had ever heard such things... and I'm not known as a particularly bubbly person.
This is a good little Post Office. They are growing very, very quickly. They work hard; have a little bit of grace for these cats.”

They were even communicative about how long binding services can take so I left, popped into HEB next door quickly, and came back to all my projects complete and organized for me. “Because a manager who will be retiring soon will not do his job, I am having trouble receiving my packages. I keep getting messages that the address is wrong but it is not! When this particular manager makes the schedule, they put my house number first or last and not in the correct order of delivery. Because of that many times my packages are returned to your wear house. If this manger cannot fix the problem please give someone else the job!!!!!! The delivery people can get packages here when someone besides the manager does the schedule! My phone number is 214-402-9890. Please call me, because I have spent way too much time calling UPS trying to get this straightened out! You need to retire that man and hire someone who will do his job!”
