“Most reviews come from people upset with minor issues that are just a part of everyday business, or part of corporate guidelines spelled out on both the website and posted at the facility.It's rare that I need a vehicle rental, so I don't have many experiences to compare, but this was a no-nonsense experience. Booked and reserved online, easy pick-up (plus a comped upgrade to the next vehicle class), nice car to drive for a few days, and super easy drop-off. The staff were courteous and easy to deal with. I've had harder times self checking out groceries ;-). Would recommend.”

“I had a reservation at a hertz in Mesquite the rep there told me his computer was down, and wasn't sure when it would be back up, I went to Hertz rental in Garland at Jupiter Chevrolet very difficult to find BTW just walk in the dealership ask someone, The Rep Delwin was very busy, but helpful he had me in, and out all within 30 min, this included the paper work, and also detailing the car himself.”

“El Rio Grande is a Mexican/Latin grocery store. They have great fresh tortillas, and they are still warm when you take them out of the box. Excellent selection of meats. They have already marinated meats from chicken to rib meat and fajita meat. Some items can be a little pricey, but for the most part, they are on par with Walmart. They are definitely a lot cheaper than La Michocana.”
