About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Mesquite offers a low-touch rental process with a large network of locations. The service experience varies. Many customers report amazing, smooth, and great customer service, with staff described as helpful, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and polite. Employees work hard to accommodate busy schedules, ensure good deals, and avoid extra bills. However, the location can sometimes be rushed and understaffed, with long waits and one person managing many tasks. While vehicles are stated as clean, a customer noted a car appeared unfinished, with signs of a cleaning in progress and a strange smell, advising others to check the vehicle. Overall, experiences are often good and impressive, with particular praise for the staff's ability to remain helpful and professional under pressure. The business provides a convenient location and a great selection of rentals.

Matt is awesome, great customer service! I had to extended my rental twice and he made it a breeze! Will definitely come back here if I need to rent again!

Absolutely perfect! Comfortable facility, great customer service and notified me several times about when to pick up my rental, and when to return it! Loved the rental, a Nissan Rogue, it was clean and delight to drive! 5 stars for the employees, too! Would choose them again in a heartbeat!

Matt made our car check-out very quick and pleasant. Hannah went above and beyond when I returned the car. I whole-heartedly recommend this location. I will rent from here again.
