“It was pleasant and straight forward. I forgot the name of the employee (sorry!) but he was great. I told him exactly what mattress I wanted and he loaded the box in my car. Super helpful and friendly and offered some good accessories and warranty options that I would have considered if I wasn’t on a tight budget! Stress free, definitely recommend.”

“This is the 2 md time I have gone to Mattress Firm for a Mattress. The 1st was in Rockwall where I had very good service. Then my daughter went there to get me the adjustible bed frame. I am now in an Independent Living facility about 8 min for the Dallas Parkway store, so went there, where my daughter had recently bought their new king mattress & and a queen for their daughter. I was happy to meet lacrita in your store, who was very respectful of my budget of 1,000, & encouraged me to try different beds, to make sure I chose the one that I was most comfortable in. Actually, I told her my budget was $800, but I realized as she had my try the mattresses it was important that was more important. Due to work, I won’t be able to have it delivered until Mon. My motor is out on my bed, so now I’ll have to get set up with that, but Lacrita helped me get that info after a telephone call, also. I’ll let everyone know in my community where to go for a mattress when needed. Thank you, Linda D. Dean”

They actually had the second option and she immediately helped me with the purchase. The delivery time is also fast here! I could’ve had it delivered the next day but I opted for later in the week. Very happy I came here and worked with Zoe!”

“Elias from Ashton & Sons Plumbing is absolutely fantastic! I've needed help with plumbing a few times, and when I called this week because my drain was clogged, there weren’t any openings at first. But Elias followed up the next day to let me know a slot had opened. He showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and quickly cleared the drain. He also took a moment to explain what I could do to help keep my pipes clear in the future. The price was fair, and paying was super easy—I just paid directly through the invoice they emailed me. Highly recommend their plumbing services if you're in Dallas!”

“We’ve had Calvin come out to our house several times for different plumbing problems, and every time we’re impressed with the quality of his work and how professional he is. This time, we called for help with our water heater. Calvin fit us into his schedule quickly. Even though he couldn’t fix the issue right then, he recommended an affordable plumber who could take care of it, and didn’t charge us for the service call. We really appreciate his honesty and friendly attitude. It’s good to know we have a trustworthy plumber we can rely on, especially in this Texas heat when you need things fixed fast.”

“I originally intended to leave a review after purchasing my Tempur-Pedic LuxeAdapt Soft mattress, as my experience at that time was very positive. The team was kind, professional, and worked with me to secure a great deal. However, after some time, my husband felt that mattress was too soft, so I returned and purchased a Purple Cool Touch Premier Soft mattress. At the time of purchase, I was aware there was a small rip in the mattress, and the price was adjusted accordingly. As many people know, it can take time to properly adjust to a new mattress, so I gave it a fair trial period. Unfortunately, this mattress has not worked well for me. I also discovered that it appears shorter than a standard queen once placed on my Tempur-Pedic adjustable base. While that alone wasn’t my primary concern, my overall experience has been physically problematic. Due to my medical condition, which includes a muscle disorder and heart-related flare-ups, proper support is critical. Since using this mattress, I have experienced multiple flare-ups, including one that required hospitalization. At this point, I am unable to sleep on the mattress and am currently sleeping on my sofa. I want to be clear that my previous experiences with this company were positive. The team has been professional, transparent, and accommodating in the past. For that reason, I am giving them the opportunity to address this situation before adjusting my rating further. I have already reached out and am currently awaiting a response. I also came across other reviews raising concerns about authenticity. I cannot speak to those claims; however, in my personal experience, the company has been upfront about product conditions and professional in their interactions. My rating reflects the current outcome of my second purchase—not the customer service I previously received. Given my history with this company, I do expect a good-faith effort to resolve this matter appropriately. I would still recommend this company based on my experiences; however, I strongly encourage customers to do thorough, detailed research and ensure the mattress they choose truly fits their needs. Even with in-store testing and prior research, a few minutes of trying a mattress does not always reflect how it will perform over time. If possible, I would also recommend confirming trial or exchange options in advance to ensure there is flexibility if the mattress does not work out long-term. I will be updating this review based on how this situation is handled.”

“ViSpring Dallas provides a truly exceptional mattress-shopping experience. The showroom is beautiful, and the opportunity to compare and test different mattresses made it much easier to make such an important decision. Sarah was wonderful to work with throughout the process. I visited the showroom several times, and she was always patient, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She never pressured me and encouraged me to take the time I needed to find the right mattress. Her expertise and genuine desire to help made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. “Been a customer of theirs for over 11 years now with two of my apts, always a great experience, I'm never rushed into buying something and delivery is always prompt. Quick set up and courteous delivery guys. I hope they still report to the credit bureaus when you make payments on time. I know they use to do, but not sure if they do currently. My own minor issue is that their selections are not a plentiful as one would hope it would be. Great if they had more Living rooms, Bedrooms and some entertainment stands or centers. They just need more stuff.”

“Was about to order online when I saw there was a Dallas location and decided to give them a call. I spoke with Dan, who answered probably 30 questions about their products, always very friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't able to come in and work late, but Dan offered to drive it by our apartment in downtown Dallas after closing at 7 PM. If that's not customer service, I don't know what is!!! So appreciative of your team going above and beyond for us. We will DEFINITELY come visit the store to shop in-person--I've been eyeing the dog beds after I saw they have those too! Thank you Dan!!!”
