“I wanted to give my opinion on this location. I believe there were only 2 employees working - but those 2 employees are worth their weight in gold. Absolutely great customer service. I am used to other stores where you are not greeted or helped at all. They have their system worked out like a military operation; it was just so smooth. Really commendable. “Really sweet blonde hair young man (Caucasian) helped us out as an African American family on Saturday May 24th around 12-2 p.m. He was awesome and very humble. He deserves to be promoted. He has the perfect character and personality for a management position. I say this, because I was a manager for years at 3 different stores back in my day. Also there was another Hispanic young guy who was also very sweet. Very pleased with the customer service and they went over and beyond for us. We bought 1 pair in store and ordered another pair online because they were out of sizes in store on one shoe we wanted

“I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the staff who evacuated me and my 7 year old daughter on Aug. 12 shortly after fleeing from a shooting that took place. I didn’t know what was going on or who we were running from but the staff remained calmed and opened the gates so we could hide. I’ve literally never felt more welcome anywhere in my entire life than I do at forever 21 in town East mall in mesquite. “I was willing to leave a 1☆ based off my experience today with an employee until i spoke with a manager (Micah) whom I have had the pleasure of seeing and helping me when she was in the online order dept..she has always been nice e and informative. So, when she told me who she was I knew that my voice wouldn't go unheard.
I am not trying to have anyone loose their jobs I just think coaching and customer perception should be at the forefront with this employee..
It was a very bad experience considering I work in customer service and has been a manager for over 25 yrs I know what should be expected..we should always give benefits for any product we introduce to our customer and when someone say no it means just that..it comes off as being aggressive and "I need to meet my goal'...
