“I ordered a hat from Resistol to wear to an event I had coming up. It came in not true to size, so I picked up the phone and called Ryan in customer service. He confirmed that, while rare, it can happen. He had the production manager personally confirm that the replacement hat was true to size, he packaged it up and shipped it to me overnight. That, ladies and gentlemen, is why you buy from American companies. Customer service like that is rare.”

I found and purchased 2 handbags they were on sale. They had a great variety of shoes on sale. I did not need any so I decided to go upstairs and saw a Macy's backstage. I found the perfect set of sheets to compliment the decor in my bedroom. Then found a great selection in lingerie. I spent only ten dollars over my bonus reward money so I felt great.
