“This is a GREAT shop! I highly recommend them to anybody. We showed up with a leaking tire. They had lots of cars to work on, but they pulled us right into the shop and fixed the tire. 15 minutes later, we were on the road. The incredible thing is that they said we don't owe them anything for the tire plugging. Thanks, Town East Automotive. You are a first class operation. Everybody should come here. Thanks!”

“My husband and I recently bought a car from Billy, and it was genuinely one of the best experiences we've had. We appreciated how up front he was, and you could tell that he cared about having integrity and this being the right fit for us rather than just making the sale. Any part that he fixed on this car as well had a life time guarantee, which meant a lot. He also prices his cars based on the reality that they might need to be fixed, and is willing to do the fixing himself (which would add to the price).
Overall, would highly recommend buying from Billy and even just using his shop for all your fixes! Really honest and knowledgeable guy!”

“Robert, Tim and team are too notch, quick and thorough is unnecessary of sales, but very polite very communicative communicating with each other from the guy in the pit. it was all with the earshot, making sure the plug was filled up correctly. “Joel Garcia was very helpful. He recommended to get a new filter and explain the benefits of it! More gas mileage I was told and he definitely was right! I also, thought I had left my credit card there and he was very helpful to check the cameras for me. Thankfully it had fallen off under my seat of car. “I was referred here by my trusted auto mechanic who doesn't do state inspections. After the inspection was done the Steven (Manager) talked to me about some other maintenance issues that need to be fixed. He explained and answered all the questions I had. I was given options. They didn't try to rip me off like another auto shop did with my other vehicle. Everyone at this place is very nice. Steven is very courteous and professional. Great customer service.”
“This place deserves a much higher rating than it has. This family-owned business is your classic Texas good ol' folk that do honest work. We brought one car here for some repairs and have since brought our 2 other cars as well and have had amazing experiences every time. No issues afterwards, very straightforward about cost and labor, open to working with you and extremely friendly. All of the bad reviews are from YEARS ago and should be removed, these guys have been our go-to's for the last 2 years and I'm not going anywhere else, even though I live in Dallas! Worth the drive. Highly recommend!!”

Thank you Kitty for your help getting my problem resolved. Your help is greatly appreciated. I truly was not expecting a phone call and I was surprised when I received it. Customer service these days is rare and you went above and beyond...........fyi to shoppers. If you have a road hazard issue with tires do not reorder from walmart.com as i was told to do. Have the store order it for you. There is definitely a communication breakdown between walmart.com and the stores.
Do not purchase road hazard warranty through walmart.com. if you do it, do it in the store only. Walmart.com and the Walmart stores have not quite figured out how to handle a road hazard problem if it occurs if you bought your tires on Walmart.com. I am out $235 for a tire that I was told I needed to order for road hazard warranty and once it was ordered they cannot figure out how to give me my money bac”
