“I ship often with USPS for my small business, so I really get to experience different offices and what they have to offer.. and this one is fine. I don't understand the negative reviews, they literally offer everything they are suppose to. It seems like the funding for this branch isn't as plentiful as others when comparing infrastructure.. but that's not their fault. The people at this location have been serving me since 2012 and it's nice seeing their friendly faces when I'm in town.”
“I had a very pleasant experience at Taylor Mail Center, especially services provided by Mr. Timothy! He was very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I was in a hurry with my prints and he helped me in my time of need, because of his services I will visit the store again!”
“I had a package to be delivered using USPS Priority Express, and not only did the package arrive early, but the staff at the USPS Medrano post office were all beyond stars in my opinion. One of the managers there helped me stop my package from being sent back to the sender because they incorrectly shipped to a PO Box instead of Smart Locker as I had requested. Then they even allowed me to retrieve the package after hours. Maria there was extremely friendly and helpful by explaining to me where the delivery failed, and how to properly request the shipment next time. The manager even followed up with me after hours to make sure I was able to pick it up. All SUPER Friendly people, and I highly recommend working with them. They all deserve raises.”
“Let's talk about the OG of government departments, the one that made it into the U.S. Constitution before all the cool kids like the FBI or the CIA were even a twinkle in Uncle Sam's eye: the Post Office! Clearly, the Founding Fathers understood the true backbone of a nation isn't spies or food safety, it's getting your Aunt Mildred's fruitcake from point A to point B. And bless their powdered wigs for it, because the South Garland Post Office makes that constitutional dream a reality.
I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time here, which, in modern life, feels like a minor miracle. The staff are always helpful, probably because they're acutely aware of their direct lineage to the most important document in American history. They're practically living relics, serving up stamps and smiles. So next time you're mailing something, remember: you're not just sending a letter, you're participating in a centuries-old, constitutionally-mandated tradition. And doing it efficiently, thanks to the U.S.P.S!”

“There’s several places marked as Post Office and you show up and it’s only a pick up place, or other issues, ect.. so I just wanted to share that this is an actual small post office at the end of the shopping strip. The doors make it look a little scary- but you walk in and you’ll see a ton of PO Boxes and then you turn right and see the small little post office. The staff were really nice and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Overall great little hidden post office !”

“USPS has been around a long time. To say we don't need them would be out of place. I have used the usps for many years with good and bad experiences. If you have patience and determination, you can get through anything that would lead you through the process of using the usps. Everyone location has pros and cons. I would recommend slowing down and taking a slow pace to make sure you have the patience needed. Stay calm.”

But this woman, Cheri, was a lifesaver; she helped me repack everything and make it look so much better. She's amazing, so patient and helpful – a real sweetheart. I can only talk about my own experience, of course.”
“It's a post office. What sets it apart is the history behind it. Clearly the road in front of it was used as a practice bombing range for bombers in WWII and beyond. Come see the history. Come feel the history as your spine is slammed against the roof of your car when you drive over a bomb crater. Come test the shocks in your car, truck, off road vehicle, or tank. Regardless of what you drive, your shocks are going to be ruined.”

“Hello to Rowlett residents. I don’t understand why this post office has less than five stars. This is actually the best post office that I’ve ever been to in my life since I’ve been living in Dallas. They are very respectful, punctual and are considerate of your needs. I’ve never had a problem with anyone there since I’ve lived in Rowlett.

I’ve been having the same mailman since I’ve moved there five years ago he has outstanding customer service when it comes to me and receiving my packages because I am not from Texas so my family tends to send a lot and he is a great mailman.
