βI went in the store yesterday to look for some work shoes and Emily and CeeCee were the best help and very friendly. They were great considering they were working in the store without heat they still had the best attitudes. Need to fix the heat in the store it was cold glad I was not in there that long. βReally sweet blonde hair young man (Caucasian) helped us out as an African American family on Saturday May 24th around 12-2 p.m. He was awesome and very humble. He deserves to be promoted. He has the perfect character and personality for a management position. I say this, because I was a manager for years at 3 different stores back in my day. Also there was another Hispanic young guy who was also very sweet. Very pleased with the customer service and they went over and beyond for us. We bought 1 pair in store and ordered another pair online because they were out of sizes in store on one shoe we wanted
Anyway, we will be back ??β

βRichard did an amazing job assisting me and my mother. He was gentle, polite, and patient. My mom struggles with English as her primary language is Spanish, so I would translate. However, there were some things Richard was able to understand from my mother speaking to me.
The shoes are a bit pricey, but my mom loved them. There is no price too big for being comfortable and happy.β
βI just wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the staff who evacuated me and my 7 year old daughter on Aug. 12 shortly after fleeing from a shooting that took place. I didnβt know what was going on or who we were running from but the staff remained calmed and opened the gates so we could hide. βI prefer jimmy jazz over all the competition . If you want the latest and greatest urban styles and looks at great prices , jimmy jazz is definitely the place to hook you up . The staff at most of their locations are well in the know with the shoe game and release dates . Not saying they don't back door but it's not as bad as the competition .β

βOne of my favorite stores but GET MORE CASHIERS! Most people don't have a cart and have very few items. Checkout shouldn't take over 30 minutes to Checkout!β
