“Mary is quite possibly the nicest human being on Earth. I have a pair of Harley Davidson boots and a pair of HD dress shoes that needed the heel caps replaced. The factory caps are a hard plastic that is noisy and on my ceramic tile floors, they have no grip and you're in constant danger of having one or the other foot slip suddenly sideways or out from under you.
Told Mary I wanted the slightly softer rubberized caps to improve grip and reduce noise. Mary asked when I needed them completed and I gave her a day in the next week that I'd need them for a trip I planned.
Upon pickup, both pairs of footwear looked better than new! The caps are perfectly aligned and finished, quiet and stable. After a brief stay at Mary's Western Wear, my two pair of HD footwear are now how HD should have finished them at the factory. I'm so pleased with every aspect of this visit; the work is impeccable and I say this from a viewpoint of having been in the shoe business myself and knowing excellent work when I see it.
I'll go back to Mary's for this kind of work in the future, but also because she has an amazing array of western clothing, boots, accessories and so forth, artfully arranged in a small space that is somehow still not cramped. Mary herself is an absolute delight!”
“I just left Buckle with my jaw on the floor. Bella was my personal stylist and she was very attentive and patient. I hate jean shopping it is so hard to find jeans that fit my body type. Bella is incredibly knowledgeable on the jeans sold here. After addressing my needs in fit and style she brought me different styles. I fell in love with the jeans she brought me!
