“Just an FYI this place closes at 8pm not 9 as stated on the Yelp info page. Love Carter's but unfortunately didn't get to go inside because they had the wrong hours posted. Carter's is great for quality cotton clothes for your little ones. When my kids were younger they had skin sensitivities and the only thing their skin wouldn't break out in was cotton. Have been loyal to this brand for a long time. When they extended sizes to Size 14 I was so happy. I even kept sending in emails for parent and me outfits and they finally listened! They also now do a photo contest so send in those amazing photos of your little ones and see if you win or if they will use your photos. Stay on the lookout for their deals. I enjoy their *up to 70% off clearance sales.”

“This DTLR location had the best customer service I’ve experienced. I went to 3 locations Grand Prairie, Arlington, and west Dallas none of these locations acknowledged me or asked if I needed help with anything and when I asked for help they seemed bothered. However when when I walked into this location there was a petite young black woman that spoke and asked if I was looking for anything specific? And a young black gentleman with glasses that pulled my order and checked me out both were so professional. It was nice to see an urban store with good customer service. Major kuddos they need a raise or someAcknowledgement!”

The price was too good couldn't pass up a steal. Very friendly and knowledgeable employee helped me while looking. I would for sure shop here again.
