“I trust these guys. I've gone to other tire places with a flat (whatever is closest) but none come close to H&J. They're fast, genuinely care about the customer, and have reasonable prices. THIS is the place to go for fast service, flat tire repairs, and good used tires.
Today, I went to Firestone on Gus Thomasson with a flat (just because it was closer), after about 20 minutes of waiting they said they couldn't fix it because it was already patched and the only option was to buy a new tire (dejavu). I declined and headed over to H&J Tire. The guy walked over before I even put my car on park. I explained what Firestone said and he got to work. He called me over to show me the inside of the tire (pictured). There was no patch. There were no previous repairs. THIS IS WHY I TRUST THESE GUYS. They listen to the customer, answer questions, and prove everytime that they are one of the best tire shops in the area.
They don't try to upsell but give recommendations on services according to the customer's concerns.
They do sometimes mention H&J Brakes and Repairs across the street. I highly recommend checking them out as well.”

We brought one car here for some repairs and have since brought our 2 other cars as well and have had amazing experiences every time. “Pep boys in Mesquite, TX are an amazing team. I went for an oil change in a different shop called take a 5 oil change in Allen, TX yesterday.The two mechanics Kaleb and Rhett messed up the underneath of my bumper. A cord was sticking out. My bumper was just fine before I went there. I was in tears that someone is capable of such things. I came to Pep boys today and told them everything that happened in details. They listened to me for 30 mins , and gave me a great advice on what steps to take. They were very understanding and supportive of me. They took care of my bumper and checked to make sure there is oil inside. They did NOT charge me anything because of what happened at the other shop. Says a lot about their character outside of work. They really care about their customers’ feelings and issues. Thank you so much guys for being so kind to me and taking care of my vehicle that was damaged underneath. Such great customer service and care!

“First class mechanic work! Full clutch replacement for my 4X4 truck. Starter replacement for my truck. Oil and filter changes (allowed me to provide my own oil and filter). Both of my sons, their wives, and my daughter, regularly have their service work done here. Our family vehicles serviced and repaired here include Jeep Summit, Subaru Outback and Forrester, Toyota minivans, Toyota Tacoma, and Landcruiser. This "enterprise" basically does it all. “I took my car here to get the spark plugs changed and they realized I had not a drop of oil. However I had taken it somewhere else a week before so it should have so they helped me out with discounts so it was not much more than what I was expecting to pay for my original service. The guy at the front was super friendly and nice. 10/10 would recommend this place for service and definitely will be going back”
