Some medications have long term shortages which are very difficult for patients to work around when the medication class is restrictive, meaning it's not easy for pharmacies to dispense substitutes without a lot of back and forth from the care provider to the pharmacy. For several years now, this location has been my go to whenever my closer locations are out of stock. While medication can get stuck on back order, this team has clearly demonstrated that they have some thoughtful practices to do what they can to make restock requests responsive to these back orders.
Also, it's absolutely incredibly that the team here can show up every day with a smile - I have listened in line to frustrated customers experiencing difficulties with their prescriptions take it out on the technicians and pharmacists on duty. They are absolutely the front line of the short end of the stick for frustrated people. I cannot emphasize enough how I've seen the staff bend backwards to try to make things work for their patients despite receiving that frustration, it's just incredible. Whether making phone calls to connect with providers, or trying to rush fill a prescription for someone with a paper script, this team is on it.
They are deeply knowledgeable about their systems and opportunities for customers, patient, and so willing to have a good conversation while they get everything sorted out for you. Filling prescriptions is usually a pretty frustrating part of my month, and it's almost always smooth sailing instead here.”

“The ATM is outside to the left of the entrance. Sometimes the ATM is down and you'll have to go inside, buy there's really no line for a teller so it's not a big inconvenience. There is very limited parking and it gets crowded.”

“the bank Clerk that helped me was very efficient and thorough as I was there during my lunch break which is possibly the busiest time of day at any bank. there were customers packed in there like sardines and I was still out in less than an hour and I was not making a simple deposit or withdrawal. and all this happening same time as this virus brewha! everyone was wearing mask and maintaing distance. people have a tendancy to follow procedures and rules when they know they could possibly die!”
