Boot Barn offers a wide variety of clothes and boots. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, providing great customer service. They are understanding with returns and replacements under policy. Employees take time to assist with selections and know product details well. However, the parking lot lacks lighting at night, which does not feel safe for customers. This is an issue the business is hoped to fix.
The girls standing up from when we walked in that worked there only 1 spoke to us . I was reaching on top shelve no one asked if they could help me. There was a tall young man that walked up to us and asked us if we needed anything. The young girls were more worried about talking anoung themselves very unprofessional
