Ludwin is literally the GOAT. Great customer service, he was helping half a dozen people on Labor Day evening even as it was getting past the pickup time. Was in a pinch as well and he resolved issues. Thanks for all the help!

Every time I need to rent a car I utilize Avis in the midland airport, Sandra is the absolute best person to deal with, Always friendly,efficient and courteous. The price is always right and cars are clean and in excellent condition. I have never had a problem with them. 5 🌟 all the way

Russell has now helped me out on 2 separate occasions when my rental with the other brand was sold out. His calm and splendid demeanor has made me choose to switch to Avis. He is the best!
