Lots of construction worker patrons but no shady activity. Front entrance is under construction. Meh front desk service and vague wifi password instructions. Good reliable heater thermostat and not too much noise. It is by a trainyard so be warned of occasional noise.

Owners are very nice. Cleanliness of the rooms?. Very suspect. I even wondered as to the cleanliness of the sheets to the point of sleeping fully dressed. Photos attached, obviously they did not mean to give us this room.... but...wth.

I travel alot, spend alot of time in hotels. Just wanted to book in at a economical hotel, this is one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Fridge is disgusting so is the AC filters.
