Richard is the BEST.
I have tried using the downtown location with zero success this week (closed at random hours). Even though it is tough to get through on the phone for any USPS location, I always have an easy experience at this Louisiana Ave. location when I visit in-person!

No line at 2pm on a Tuesday, the person who helped me was very kind and quick. Much quicker than the USPS on Wadley.
