“The hotel was worth the money. The only bad thing it’s that we went for a volleyball tournament and the breakfast doesn’t start until 7 and that day we had the earliest games. Other than that it was clean and the front desk provided acceptable service.”

“We had such a great stay at this Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was taken care of. But honestly, the biggest reason we came back a second time was because of Juliesa.
She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about your stay, but she really does. Because of her, this Holiday Inn is now our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area.

“We’ve been going to We Rock the Spectrum for a long time and have always loved the facility, but hosting our daughter’s 6th birthday party there truly confirmed it was the best choice we could have made.
We had kids ranging from ages 2 to 10, and every single one of them had an amazing time. They didn’t want to leave even after the limit ended. The space is the perfect size, not too big not too small, so it was easy to keep an eye on everyone, and everything was clean, safe, and well-maintained.
The customer service was incredible. I was running late and had to set up on my own, but the owner and staff stepped in right away and helped me get everything ready in just 15 minutes. They truly went above and beyond not only with setup, but also with cleanup. They were attentive, constantly checking in to make sure everything was set up exactly how I wanted.
They made the entire experience so stress-free, which is not something I’m used to when hosting parties. Usually I’m running around overwhelmed, but this time I was actually able to enjoy the party and guest. The team was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful from start to finish.”

From the moment we were seated, our waitress was kind, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. She had such a positive attitude and made us feel very welcomed. On top of the excellent service, the management team went above and beyond by giving me a handwritten thank you card, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch. It’s rare to see that level of appreciation and care in customer service these days. This team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“I have had 2 events and they were both absolutely fabulous! One was a 16th birthday party and the other a school banquet. The owner is fabulous and the building is beautiful. For the 16th birthday party Dominguez Entertainment and DJ services was outstanding. Highly recommend!!! We will continue to book!”
“Good hotel with a pool and lots of room outside to enjoy your evenings. Room is clean if you keep it clean, or you can let front desk know and they do the cleaning.
The only thing is they don't have coffee in the afternoon, when people working are going for the night shift. Does it take so much money to do a pot of coffee? All the other hotels have coffee in the hallway 24/24”

Our party hostess was an absolute gem—so kind, professional, patient, and on top of every detail. She made the entire experience completely stress-free for us parents (which is priceless ?).
What truly impressed me was the management team following up to ask how everything went—THAT is next-level customer service and shows how much they truly care. The kids had an absolute blast, the party ran smoothly, and we felt like VIPs the whole time!
