“Referee by a friend. Said they were an honest place. He was 100% right. A lot of these auto places will prey on people that don’t know vehicles. They’ll have you walking out of there spending $800-1k saying you need all new components.
This was not the case, they told me the condition of everything and asked what I wanted to do. All at a fair price. Bill was an extremely nice guy.
10/10 recommend if you want a place that is going to treat you fairly and not empty your wallet”

The owner actually came over and introduced himself which doesn't happen at most places anymore. Felt like a real small-business experience and not a chain pushing scripts.”

“I can’t say enough on how pleased we were with Donna and all employees at the discount tire on West loop 250. We had been traveling for 10 hours to watch our son’s college playoff baseball games when we hit a rock on highway SH-349. They all went out of their way to get us back on the road so we would not miss his game. We highly recommend this location. It is so nice to know how they cared and helped us out.”
“Took my daughter's tire in off the car didn't have the paperwork the guy looked it up and reminded me I had road hazard and they honored it. So with the replacement tire now installed on the rim I took it and reinstalled it on her car. Thanks for the honesty. It was refreshing to see in Midland Texas customer service.”

“We were driving from El Paso to Dallaa
came looking for a tire since it had a puncture in one of our tires.. Everyone else had over 2+ hours wait and we did not want to wait, we were just passing through. They told me that they had a tire in stock and could install it quickly for us. The staff was very helpful and understood our urgency on getting a tire installed. Highly Recommend this place. Great servicr!!!”
