“Very easy to obtain a rental stall. I ran out of time to call on a Friday afternoon for a stall over the weekend, so I checked the site for weekend hours. I saw that I could use their website to rent the stall and was checked out in about 5 minutes. Very convenient and cost is about what I anticipated…competitive with other locations.”

“I stored my things here for 4 years (starting with S&S Storage) and always paid my rent on time. Since new management took over late last year, the on-site office hasn't been staffed, which makes communication tricky.
When planning my move-out, I called on the 3rd and was told I could get a prorated refund if I moved out by the 5th. I busted my butt to get everything out on the 4th, only to be told when I called back that they don't do prorated refunds. It took a day of back-and-forth phone calls, but I really appreciate that management (Elizabeth) ultimately honored what I was told and issued the partial refund.
On a positive note, they are proactive about property care—a few months ago, they quickly took care of a pest issue before I was even aware of it. While communication under new management could be smoother, I appreciate that they stepped up to make things right for a loyal tenant.”
“The owners are very friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a climate controlled storage room. Very glad we chose here. Access to rooms at least 12 hours a day 7 days a week. Would recommend to anyone needing some space around the area.”
