“Bring your own bags! Didn't know they don't provide bags any more. Some of the staff needs training in customer service. Ask a young lady for help and her facial expression and body language gave off a "you are bothering me " tone. Hoping they know people can go else where. Especially after I bought 4 or 5 pairs of show, with the cheapest being $60. Your customers have many choices!”

“My 14 year old son who purchased shoes with his own money online, and I sent him in to pick them up along with a picture of the order # and information. Because they were in my name, the clerk, Rodney asked him my personal information and was clearly annoyed that it took my son some time to give him that information. He might want to realize that teenagers are the ones that are his customers and show a little more patience as they learn the process. We will not use this location again as my son felt humiliated and embarrassed by him.”

“The manager was through and showed several signs of great leadership. He was impressive sharing his time with each employee and talking to most of the customers. Black male kind of dark skin.The Hispanic female that eventually helped me was really good. She noticed I wanted to try on a type of KD shoe that they didn't initially have but she went through what was delivered on the truck and made it her business to find my size. Pretty good crew!”
