“Store Manager Tracy was very helpful on helping me and my son locate his GooJitZu toy that he brought in to Target. Took my son to the RR and I told the young lady that I was leaving my shopping cart here in the customer service area. As we walked out of the RR we noticed his toy was missing from the shopping cart. Thankfully Tracy the store manager showed me a video of the little boy grabbing it from our shopping cart, dad told him to put it back and they had left it in the card area. Again thank you to the manager, Tracy for helping us find my son’s toy.”
“This place was absolutely amazing to me. I had a bit of a conniption when I read some of these reviews and started thinking this company was a scam. They are not.Just as a point of feedback for you all: your emails are a little confusing. The second email that you get letting you know the order has been fulfilled specifically. What that email actually says is an item from your order has been shipped. When you get an email like that and there is no tracking number it can be a bit of a red flag. I would suggest, if you all have the ability, changing the wording of that specific email to more accurately reflect what is going on (“Your order has been accepted and is awaiting shipment” or something along those lines).I would absolutely do business with them again. And I apologize for being a difficult and needy customer. I have been scammed before and 600 is a lot for me. Anyway 5/5.”
