“I want start off by saying Elizabeth is an amazing worker, I went and tour a 1 bedroom apartment, and she recommended me a townhome she did a tour and I absolutely loved it . I applied the next day and in less than 10 mins I got approved the process was super fast and she was super helpful . The customer service is on 10. And loved the way they treated me and my wife . I recommend these apartments very much ! So excited to start my new journey in these apartments thank you so so much Elizabeth ?”
“I lived here previously and moved out. And I just moved back in. I did not have any major problems while I lived here. Maintenance is always friendly and fast - often coming the same day that the work orders are placed. After searching for similar apartments, I could not find anything that came close. I value a smaller community, so I would recommend this one for that reason. Moving out made me see what things I valued the most: mailboxes are safe, property is cleaned every day, maintenance is responsive and capable, front office actually answers the phone and emails - this is a place I’ve been proud to live and I’m glad that I’m back.P.S. The reviews talking about thin walls are true, as with most apartments. I, unfortunately, have loud, rude neighbors. And while I have mentioned this more than once to the leasing office, nothing has been done, so that is for sure a downside. There are also some minor interior updates that could be made for sure.”

“Lucy consistently provides a warm and welcoming experience, she's truly a gem! She’s primarily one of the reasons we signed the contract. Erika has also been a pleasure to interact with during our two encounters. While we did encounter some maintenance needs after moving in March, the team has been responsive in their repairs. We understand that older apartments may have occasional issues, but we will overlook it just as long as the office staff and maintenance continue to carry strong work ethic and friendly attitudes. “I toured with Taylor a few different times, viewing different floor plans to meet my potential needs. She is more than helpful going above and beyond sending videos of the floor plans that I really liked and following up with me to ask about the ones I preferred. While I didn’t tour with Curtis he was kind and sent me updated information on a few floor plans I had toured with Taylor. Every-time I’ve been to M5250 the hall ways and common spaces always smelled and looked clean and well maintained which is very important to me, I
witnessed staff cleaning while there in the early part of the day (vacuuming, wiping things down, mopping, etc). All the concierge staff is helpful offering drinks while waiting for assistance. I would definitely recommend working with the Taylor she is a gem! The manger is also helpful can’t remember her name. All the staff I’ve interacted with made me feel welcomed and were eager to assist when and where possible. M5250 is a great location in uptown close to shopping, and entertainment.”

Tried to view the property or at least get rates, but no one was in the office to help despite the office hours for M-F being 9a-6p. I got there at 4:30. No one came out to greet me or answer the phone. Unsure if the office was closed, but leasing office “front/guest” doors were unlocked.”

“Average apartment in a good area that’s close to everything. Never have to worry about garage getting broken into any anything stolen from cars. It’s an older building but staff is doing a good job trying to make it nicer. Maintenance is awesome and responsive, however give had to call them multiple times a month. Overall a decent place to live especially when new to houston. Staff in the leasing office are nice, responsive and friendly”

“I put 5 stars so that anybody actually want a real review here it goes. Normally I don't review on bad I try my best to give them the benefit of doubt. SCAM SCAM SCAM APTS. Mrs "Rocky" makes you feel like "family" just to get you to pay fo the application. They tell us it's one fee and then b4 you pay it's an entire deposit on it. We passed the application phase and paid everything for her to say "Oh it was to have final approval by her boss." We provided everything make 6 times the rent and after we finally said we were fed up she emails us saying we won't be approved. Look in all honesty...if you already short on money or time this is not the place. Not only did they notify the Apts we were at that we were trying to move without our knowledge, they set us back big time. DONT DO IT”

“I strongly suggest you move here. I moved 1 week ago and I miss my place. The Property Manager Daniella and her staff are all very nice. Awesome area to live in. The grounds are kept well and I did not have many maintence issues. (all 3 were my fault) Spacious floor plans, Starbucks Coffee machine, you can stop by to play a game of pool, swim in the nice pool and work out in the gym. Oh, and my neighbors were nice as well. Ask for Jaquella or Yessica to rent an apartment and I hope your stay will be as great as mine was!!! I miss my huuuge garage!!!”
