“I came in looking to buy some stuff to clean my car. The older guy behind the counter walked me to the isle and showed me exactly what to get. He also showed me what they had on closeout, what a bargain! I ended up picking up a bucket, dirt trap thing, and a car cleaning kit with all the essentials.

I got off work today and on my way home my brake caliper busted on the highway , I called this oreillys location to see if they had the part in stock and justin made sure of it twice double checking for me and even pulled in before i got there , he was so pleasant to talk to and very very helpful and he had everything i needed to get me home from bellaire all the way back to clear lake ,texas . thank you justin , you made my truck breaking down on me way less stressful than it could have been without your help. Love this location!!!”

“Went to this location for a quick battery check and the store manager told me my battery needs to be replaced. He was trying to finish up with me when an angry customer was yelling at him about needing his car checked. The store manager was trying to explain he would get to him when he was finished up with me. The customer got upset and walked out and the store manager handled the situation very well. I gave them my business and he had me in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. I believe his name is Andy but he needs recognition!! Great customer service!”

“I have to start by saying that my experience when I first entered the store was unfortunately not great. Natalie was assisting me, and based on my previous experiences with O’Reilly Auto Parts, I understood that employees are generally able to help customers identify parts and provide guidance on things such as batteries, headlights, and other basic automotive needs.
When I asked Natalie a few simple questions, she was unable to assist me and essentially left me to figure things out on my own. As someone who was already stressed and trying to resolve an issue with my vehicle, this was frustrating. It was a simply light change but unfortunately I had minor knowledge on replacing light fixtures!
Thankfully, I then spoke with the manager, Jose, who was assisting another customer at the time he completely turned my experience around. He took what was a 0 out of 10 experience and made it a 10 out of 10.
Jose not only helped me replace my rear lights and headlights, but he also took the time to teach me how to do it myself. I love learning new things, especially when it comes to my car, and he patiently walked me through the process while explaining how often these items should be checked and replaced.
I shared with him that I lost my dad last month and that I’m just now learning how to take care of many of these things on my own because I was always used to my dad helping me. Jose showed genuine kindness and went above and beyond. He didn’t just help with one light—he made sure all three lights that needed immediate attention were taken care of.
Because of his help, I was able to get a ticket for a defective light dismissed. Had Jose not been there, I honestly don’t know what I would have done.
I wanted to take the time to recognize Jose because exceptional customer service deserves to be acknowledged. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and truly demonstrated what great leadership looks like. His attitude and willingness to help made a difficult situation so much easier for me.
Thank you, Jose, for your kindness and for taking the time to teach instead of simply doing the job. O’Reilly is fortunate to have a manager like you, and I hope your hard work and dedication continue to be recognized because you absolutely deserve it.”
