Best Buy Warehouse

Warehouses
Hours: Best Buy Warehouse is a pickup location for large online orders. The warehouse opens early, at 4am. Customers check in with a guard, providing an appointment number and phone number, and wait for a call to be ready. It is important to arrive early and park across the street. Do not wait for a ready email, as the system is not like a regular store. The staff can be short and to the point, sometimes giving the vibe that you are bothering them. However, the will call young lady is noted as very helpful, nice, and quick with processing. Warehouse workers are also quick in loading items onto a customer's vehicle. Be prepared that loading is all they do; customers must adjust, strap down, and secure the items themselves. The process works with no issues for many, saving the day for urgent replacements. As long as you know what to expect, it is not too bad.
