“Customer service was great. I was picking up a 65-inch in my car. I have a fairly big car. Big enough for my son, professional defensive lineman football player and his girlfriend to let the seats down and enjoy a drive-in theater.The representative at Best Buy recommended that I NOT put the tv in the car. It’s packed in a larger box for protection, he said. He held it until my son picked it up in the truck the next day. My son said they laughed at me (smh). My son said “mom you do girl stuff okay”…??”
“My husband and I signed up for our Costco Exclusive membership today. Diane assisted us and she was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable and she answered all our questions. They are currently running a promotion where if you sign up for the regular membership and apply for the Citibank credit card they upgrade you to the Exclusive membership and give you back $60. So you're getting the Exclusive membership at the price of the regular membership. Their cancellation policy seems really good and you can cancel at any time or change your membership level. Overall it was a great experience for us.#LocalGuides”
“The prices and the goods at this location are very high quality. However, be aware that the business center does not accept returns for merchandise not stocked at the Costco business centers. In addition, I have noticed that this location doesn't possess a comprehensive history of your Costco purchases should you desire to return Costco merchandise at this location. This fact may be worked to your advantage. The hours for the BC are shorter compared to a normal Costco. The business center stocks different brands for merchandise and different quality. Occasionally, you may find wares discontinued from the nearby Costco locations at the Business Center. The discontinued wares are offered at low prices. Shopping for an individual family is more complicated compared to a normal Costco. The center stocks professional cookware from restaurant supply brands. Shopping at this location resembles a restaurant supply store compared to a normal Costco. Restaurant Depot is located a few miles away on Bissonette St. Additionally, the distribution centers for Ben E Keith and Sysco are located a few miles away from Costco Business center. The center offers delivery to businesses for an additional fee. The fee can be waived should you purchase more the $1K in merchandise.”
“Costco is always great! The only complaint I have is that they don't fix stuff up or even have any readily available at the checkout. I know in Arizona the did box your stuff up. Also, I wish they would have a location in Corpus Christi, TX. That would be much closer. They are missing out on sales!!”

“Our company (Mythmere Games) has been working with Shipping and Handling of Texas for about 2 years. The customer service is tremendously good, which is probably the first thing to mention. We sell products to a broad customer base in two different ways; day-to-day orders from our website, which is where other fulfillment companies tend to fall down, and in a couple of big spikes a year when we fulfill a crowdfunding program. S&HoT has been able to handle both these types of fulfillment - to the point where some of our customers have actually posted comments to praise, "whoever is doing your shipping." I highly recommend this company.”

“This is based on the produce I picked up from the booth at the Fall Creek Bend's Farmers Market. Plant It Forward empowers refugees by setting aside some land for each farmer to grow their own produce and partners up with markets for a place for them to sell within the community. The produce I bought had been harvested the day before. The lettuce looked delicate but didn't get damaged en route to the house in a tote bag next to a loaf of sourdough and a container of sliced broccolini. It was tastier than expected, had a leafy but not weak flavor, and was easy to clean. The broccolini was hardy and had a sweet yet earthy flavor while eaten raw. Usually I find broccolini to be more grassy but was surprised at how sweet it was. The produce was still good when I ate it all on Friday.”
