“I just purchased my first bottle of Player's Air Freshener from Cedric. His customer service is excellent. I am very picky when it comes to air fresheners in my car and was very specific with Cedric about the type of scent I was looking for. I needed something soft without the funny after smell. “Daddy Daddy” is the one! I sprayed it in my car and I love it! My family also loves it and I will be a repeat customer. ?. I highly recommend giving his products a try. Definitely more satisfied with this product versus the ones sold at the gas stations . ??”

“Regardless of a inconvenient past experience, I can also give acknowledgment where it's due. I am happy to share my experience. As I was in Yessenia's line to check out, I witnessed excellent customer service skills. The customer she was checking out 2 people ahead of me seemed upset with her because her card was declining. Yessenia stayed calm and composed, as the customer tried the card multiple times. After a while The customer behind offered to pay for that customer's purchase. The customer continued to be short and rude to the cashier and customer trying to pay for her. I was amazed at the calmness Yessenia maintained throughout. When it was my turn she checked me out with smile as if nothing happened and was very kind. I Loved that! Great job to you Yessenia!”
