“Angie at the paint department was extremely helpful and very nice after I told her about the worst customer service I had at Home Depot. She was able to provide me with very useful information of paint, specifically exterior paint. Very thankful Angie was there today to help me today! Great customer service! I will definitely be coming back to this location.”
“I had a great experience at Home Depot this morning thanks to Mathis and Celin. I came in with a special request for pallets and both stepped in right away. Mathis went above and beyond. He didn’t just show me where to go - he helped load the items into my car without me even asking. When I said I needed to grab a few more things, he told me the exact aisle number so I didn’t waste any time.
Celin was just as helpful responding and giving the go for my request. It’s rare to come across that kind of teamwork and customer care. They made what could’ve been a stressful morning quick and easy. I was very glad the store had everything I needed in the moment, and I did not have to make a trip to another store (which I was expecting).
