Tammy, the owner, and Nancy, the manager, consistently go above and beyond for both us and our pets. They genuinely care, take the time to know each animal personally, and always make us feel like we’re leaving our pets with people who love them almost as much as we do.
Over the years, they’ve been there through every stage of our pets’ lives, and we honestly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else. If you’re looking for a place where your pets will be treated like family, this is it. Highly recommend!”
“The employees are always so friendly and helpful. Selection is great and they have quite a bit of sales and offer rewards to rewards members. They special order my puppy's food and hold it for me until I'm ready to pick it up. I enjoy shopping there and recommend this store to all pet owners!”

“This is a nice and new location. They have a lot of selection. There are a lot of fish supplies and stock which is why I visit. The restrooms were out of both paper towel and toilet paper when I went to wash my hands which was frustrating. The staff also would not sell me a snail because she said they hadn't proven they were active. Nice store but I had some issues.”
“I have been bringing my very anxious German Shepherd to this place for a few years now. My dog come from a very bad cruelty case and does not trust strangers.
However, she goes willingly with Robert for her nail trim and is well behaved and comes out wagging her tail.
The owner is a very pleasant lady. The whole place has a beautiful vibe and serene atmosphere.”

“I took my Maltipoo to the groomer here. His groomers name is Nina Symone P and that was my second time using her. She's extremely sweet and personable and did a great job grooming my dog Pepper. I would highly recommend her. I'm sure the other groomers there as great as well.”

“Amazing, very pleasant experience. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially the front desk manager. Beautiful, bright, clean office. Very modern. The included perks were very cute and my dog was comfortable here. Having all our vet information linked and available in the Chewy app is also a huge plus. We will definitely be back and will likely make this our new Veterinary clinic. My only other feedback is my hope for expansion (a Pearland location would be great!).”
