“Pet Country staff took excellent care of my dog! Took him in today for grooming. Staff did a wonderful job grooming my dog. He smells amazing! My dog is terrible with nail trims, so that didn't go well, but it was no fault of Pet Country... they tried their best. We will surely be back! Thank you again for taking us in!”
“Webster and I found Loyl’s many years ago. Probably 2018.Webster my havanese won a “pet of the month” contest which included a Loyl’s gift card. We have gone to them ever since (so almost my pup’s entire life). I enjoy the relationship built through the years of doing business with the same business. Webster gets his grooming there regularly and recently did a dental cleaning there which was cool. I normally take him to his vet for a dental cleaning, but this way he didn’t need anesthesia. We also shop at Loyl’s for our pet food needs! Webster loved Fromm and we go between Stella and Chewys and Small Batch bites !Cynthia is great at creating in store events (which we’ve definitely enjoyed through the years) and fun marketing ideas like bingo ! I also like that she creates cute seasonal merchandising displays!There is also a great variety of cool interactive dog toys. You can tell the owners put intentional thought into everything ! Webster and I love Loyl’s!”

“What a great pet store! Everyone was so friendly and the selection was great for our three dogs. We were bummed when we moved to the area and say the Natural Pawz is closed but Hollywood Feed is honestly better. They have an enormous selection of FROMM which is what we feed our dogs, and so many natural treats, supplies, and even the cutest little jacket and bandannas. They were also doing Christmas portraits! We are excited to have them as our newest neighborhood pet store - especially since they deliver! We aren't too sure how long we'll be living in the area so I hope there are plans for new locations”

“They have been grooming my dog Mochi since he was a puppy and have started to groom my newly adopted, older dog. Mochi behaves pretty well, because he’s a regular and trusts them already. Bella is so anxious that she is a difficult client, but so far, the groomer has been so patient with her and has been able to give her such a cute haircut regardless of the struggle. Really appreciate the attention given to my dogs’ different experience levels and personalities.”

The room we were in to wash our dog was very clean and the process was very easy. “oh my gosh THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! We recently got a SheepaDoodle so lots has had to be done with a new puppy. I recently discovered a lot of reviews about Pet Supplies Plus. ALL POSITIVE and that everyone is super nice. They were all correct. From the moment I walked in I was greeted. We also had our SheepaDoodle groomed by Kodie and she was awesome. I asked for a Teddy Bear Cut and she did it perfectly! She was so nice and explained everything to me about Wally. His ears are sooooooo clean now! I'm very impressed by her and all the other people that work here. Your first grooming is 25% off too! and she told me after your 5th groom, your 6th is free. It was VERY reasonable. I have paid crazy amounts at PetSmart. I prefer to support a local owner. They opened doors for us and I witnessed one of the young gentlemen carry out dog food for another customer. This place is exactly what Bellaire West U and Braes Heights needs! it really is a hidden gem and they send you Coupons all the time. We also bought a Wash Card for 5 washes for $40. They provide everything in their wash bays - all the shampoo and towels to self wash. What a deal!!!!!!! We love it here.”

“Amazing place!!! Took my pup (chihuahua 7 lbs) for a bath ($35 09/2023) his nails were trimmed very well, he was noticeably bathed, smelled amazing and was given a little scarf. The service included gland expression as well. Hands down the best place he's been to (took him to petco paid $65 and he was still dirty and nails were long)Woof Gang did an amazing job, thank you!”
“What a great little store. The only ding is that they don't have the cat food that my cats eat Purina Naturals Indoor cat and Tiki Cat. Otherwise, this would be a solid five star place. Shop owner was extremly friendly and proud of his establishment. It was very clean and did not have that dog smell that PetCo has! As a cat person, I appreciate that a lot. They have way too much dog stuff here. If you don't find something for your dog, you're overly picky. The cat discrimination was real, less stuff, but I was able to find a few good toys and things to consider for my cats later like bowls for whisker fatigue, to slow down their eating, you know kitty based needs. Again, if it had more cat stuff, five star all the way. Check out staff was friendly. If you own a dog, like bro why aren't you here already? If you own a kitty check it out. Unless you need Tiki Cat or Purina Naturals Indoor Cat food. Otherwise, it won't be your number one spot.”
