“Took my 2 dogs there today for their first visit after moving to Houston and I LOVED IT!! The pricing was wonderful and the staffing was so kind and understandable. They were able to make an accommodation for my dog that was having diarrhea and I'd take this experiencing over any other locations I've been too.
Will be scheduling monthly services here! So glad to have found a good groomer for my 2 large dogs!”

“Amazing, very pleasant experience. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, especially the front desk manager. Beautiful, bright, clean office. Very modern. The included perks were very cute and my dog was comfortable here. Having all our vet information linked and available in the Chewy app is also a huge plus. We will definitely be back and will likely make this our new Veterinary clinic. My only other feedback is my hope for expansion (a Pearland location would be great!).”

“Very happy with our experience. The store is small but had a great selection of the items I was looking for. We even found the perfect hat to celebrate our 6 year old dog's birthday! This unassuming store had lots going for it .
The most obvious owners that love this business and what they do .
Any small town feeds store I’ve been in didn’t have apparel, you had to go to tractor supply .
They had entire lines of work clothes, safety gear, dickies, work gloves, boots they had a good selection.
They also keep a very, very neat clean store
Plenty of parking
Interestingly, enough, the owner has worked there since high school and then bought it from the previous owner .
That’s a man who loves his job .
That means better service to you .
They had a good selection of a lot of things I wouldn’t expect to see in a lot of feed stores.
The food truck out front was pretty decent too .”

Tammy, the owner, and Nancy, the manager, consistently go above and beyond for both us and our pets. They genuinely care, take the time to know each animal personally, and always make us feel like we’re leaving our pets with people who love them almost as much as we do.
Over the years, they’ve been there through every stage of our pets’ lives, and we honestly couldn’t imagine trusting anyone else. If you’re looking for a place where your pets will be treated like family, this is it. Highly recommend!”

“Diamond did a wonderful job for my dog Yoshi! He was very nervous going in and I think she did a great job of calming him since he wasn’t shaking when we picked him up afterwards. She did a great job with the cut (exactly what we had discussed) and he looks so handsome. We hadn’t requested nail filing this time but Diamond kindly did it for us just to see how he would do. This was very thoughtful and we’ll definitely add it on next time. This will definitely be our new spot for Yoshi’s grooming. The staff are all very professional and friendly. They also sell dog treats, toys, and some necessities like leashes, collars etc. Yoshi enjoyed his frozen yogurt treat afterwards and looks forward to trying the cookies next time.”

“I recently visited this establishment and I was pleased with how knowledgeable and personable the staff member was. I think her name was Cynthia? She had pink and purple hair. She throughly answered all my questions. I also noticed how great of a customer service agent she was, recalling everyone’s exact names as well as their pets when they walked in or called on the phone.”

Trinity went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She was patient, friendly, and truly seemed to enjoy helping customers. Her attitude made my whole visit better, and you can tell she really cares about providing great customer service.
