Up north we hardly use the AC, I took it to them and mentioned the issues and what was the possibilities. They opened their schedule to help us out directly next day to work on my truck. They finished up in one day with a full replacement of my compressor and any leak locations. They were very friendly and definitely a wonderful team there. I've been to other Christian Borther locations, while I even called around a few spots that would say a couple of days before even willing to look at my vehicle, while my wife is pregnant and needed ac for comfort. “I had the top radiator hose blow on me on Gulf Freeway. Tow & Go moved my Jeep to a safe place so AAA tow truck driver (Marcus) could take me and my Jeep to a shop. He was so awesome! He took me to the AAA approved shop - Downtown Automotive. Understanding that I was on my way home to NM in time to make it there to go to work, he jumped on the project. He made 4-5 phone calls to get the part there that day. I called a friend to get a ride back to my son's house. He gave me an estimate up front and called me with an update. When I got there the next morning, it was ready to go. I am now back home safely and so thankful for the excellent service that they provided me. Thanks for great service.”

“Fantastic experience. My water heater went out and I called our usual plumber and was told they were booked out 9 days. 9 days with no hot water isn't acceptable. Found company, made an online appointment same day, recorded a little video of my situation, attached it and some pictures, and two hours later they were here swapping out my water heater. They had what I needed on the truck, were prepared, professional and polite. I took a hot shower a couple hours later grinning ear to ear. I've got a new plumbing company now! They were outstanding courteous expressed regret for the issue that I had that they resolved in a timely manner. They also repair an issue that was not part of my warranty that was worth $1000 and they took care of it for me they ought to be commended for the Customer Service Big O is the representative that I have been dealing with and he’s been fantastic from day one and like I said I was going through some things unfortunately in life and took it out on the wrong people and business.”
