“My wife and I were traveling from Montana, get down to Texas and tried out my AC and doesnt work. Up north we hardly use the AC, I took it to them and mentioned the issues and what was the possibilities. They opened their schedule to help us out directly next day to work on my truck. They finished up in one day with a full replacement of my compressor and any leak locations. They were very friendly and definitely a wonderful team there. I've been to other Christian Borther locations, while I even called around a few spots that would say a couple of days before even willing to look at my vehicle, while my wife is pregnant and needed ac for comfort. Thank yall for helping us out right away. Also one more thing to mention, they suggested good pricing hotel nearby and help transport us back and forth.”

“I had the top radiator hose blow on me on Gulf Freeway. Tow & Go moved my Jeep to a safe place so AAA tow truck driver (Marcus) could take me and my Jeep to a shop. He was so awesome! He took me to the AAA approved shop - Downtown Automotive. Understanding that I was on my way home to NM in time to make it there to go to work, he jumped on the project. He made 4-5 phone calls to get the part there that day. I called a friend to get a ride back to my son's house. He gave me an estimate up front and called me with an update. When I got there the next morning, it was ready to go. I am now back home safely and so thankful for the excellent service that they provided me. Thanks for great service.”
