“Eric Novak and his team are professionals at what they do. I brought my 2014 Raptor in for the notorious “lead frame” issue and he got me taken care of in a day. Upon further inspection after the repair, the issue persisted due to a defective replacement part from Ford. Eric immediately stepped up, got another part ordered under warranty, and even offered me an Uber home since I live a good distance away.
The next day he called to let me know the truck was finished, washed, and that one of his guys was personally delivering it back to me to ensure everything was perfect. That level of customer service is rare these days.
These guys are amazing and definitely gained a lifetime customer in me. The name says it all — Affordable Auto Solutions is reasonably priced, honest, and they don’t want your vehicle sitting there any longer than it has to.”

This shop diagnosed and found the problem within the first hour, fixed it, and I was ready to go. Really good service , great hospitality, and well rounded when it came to making time for my car the other cars there. “I took my 15 year old Toyota Sienna to the Toyota dealership to get my air conditioner fixed in October of 2025. They fixed it and charged me $4000. It was winter so I didn’t really use it much between the end of October and March of 2026. We also only use the car for long trips so didn’t test it out. Anyway, we went out in it and the AC wasn’t working so I took it back to the Toyota dealership and they wanted to charge us about her $2600 to fix the same issue that they just repaired 5 months previously.
I took the car to Freddy (Texas Autocare1), not only did he fix the AC but he also buffed out my front lights, it looked so good that I thought he replaced them. He charged me 1/7th of the price Toyota wanted to charge me for the same thing on the second attempt. Freddy and his staff are amazing! I have been using them for several years. Freddy has the most integrity and is super kind too!
Definitely recommend this business for any car related issues.”

“I had the top radiator hose blow on me on Gulf Freeway. Tow & Go moved my Jeep to a safe place so AAA tow truck driver (Marcus) could take me and my Jeep to a shop. He was so awesome! He took me to the AAA approved shop - Downtown Automotive. Understanding that I was on my way home to NM in time to make it there to go to work, he jumped on the project. He made 4-5 phone calls to get the part there that day. I called a friend to get a ride back to my son's house. He gave me an estimate up front and called me with an update. When I got there the next morning, it was ready to go. I am now back home safely and so thankful for the excellent service that they provided me. Thanks for great service.”
